We are Laura and Ariel from Descubrir Patagonia Rent a Car and EVT in Bariloche. We went last weekend, and Patricio greeted us. His service was excellent, which motivated us to stay another night. We were very comfortable in room 215 with a mountain view, and I also want to highlight the service from Jonathan at reception and the lady who served us breakfast (we don't remember her name). Importantly, they had very good gluten-free options for breakfast. Thank you for everything; we will be back.

I stayed in a double room with a view. It had an electric kettle and a tea box, which I thought was a nice touch. The third floor is available for dining. It's fully equipped with a microwave, a full luggage rack, a TV, a refrigerator, etc., which adds a nice bonus to the stay. The views are incredible, and check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. I want to highlight the excellent service from all the staff. They make you feel very welcome. It's right in the city center, within easy reach of everything. I highly recommend it.
